THE BEST GIRLS PLAY HERE
Southern Stars is an elite all-star program that draws girls from all over the country. We were founded as a partnership between 4 of the top clubs in the South and has quickly grown to a powerhouse national program. Our 5 grad year teams compete outside of our athletes normal club season and we work with the club directors to select the very best girls that want to play at the highest level possible.
For lacrosse, we strive to provide year-round opportunities for increased exposure and access to incredible training/coaching. Outside of lacrosse, each of our players gets to be involved in unique team bonding exercises, guest speakers and team events that are unmatched, The balance of on-field with off-field experiences during our training camps solidifies team culture and offers them experiences that they wouldn’t get otherwise.

Players selected for the Southern Stars will participate in a 2 Day, 3 Session Training Camp in Baltimore before competing in the Mid-Atlantic Summer Championships.
